In the first instance, we are seeking to dispose of R12, R14, R15 & R16 which are all part of Phase 1A in the phasing plan contained in the folders below. These parcels comprise up to 205 units of which 10% are designated as Affordable Homes. There is no CIL.
The selected developer will be required to complete the Principal Street in accordance with the specification supplied.
They will also be required to construct any highways, pedestrian or cycle infrastructure to the boundary of future phases, as well as providing utilities connections to boundary.
