Seed Run has become a cherished moment in my month when I step back and take a break. Initially, there was the worry of whether anyone would show up. But you always did, and for that, I am grateful. Now, I genuinely look forward to connecting, sharing and listening. Last week's Seed Run highlighted the importance of stepping away from the daily grind. Mark White, founder of Run Grateful, helped set a positive tone for us. Running regularly, usually 3 or 4 times a week, helps me process my thoughts, but focusing on gratitude is something I often overlook. As I ran around Regent’s Park with some of my Seed Run buddies, I felt truly grateful. For the first time we had two speakers. If you do not choose your routes wisely running in London can be an unhealthy pursuit. Pollution levels vary widely within 100 metres. Louise Thomas introduced us to Air Track. They have integrated Google’s air pollution API with Strava to help you find healthier running routes. Here’s my Seed Run from last week: You can connect your Strava HERE. The post run picnic in the park fell foul of the weather, but we were welcomed back to the beautiful Stride.VC where M&S’s finest assortment of picnic produce was consumed in style. Thank you Fred and Robina, as always it was a lot of fun. We are continuing our Runner Wall interviews. Let me know if you’d like to do one. This week we have Louise Thomas (Air Track) and Anoushka Todd (The Future Forest Compoany). See interviews below.
