Offer Procedure

On behalf of our Client we are seeking offers by way of Informal Tender:

 

The site is available as a whole, or to a single purchaser in two Lots. You are invited to submit offers either for LOT 1 & LOT 2 or the WHOLE SITE on the following basis:

 

OFFER 1

 

Lot 1 – The Footprint Land & Lot 2 - The Previously Undeveloped Land

 

Offers are invited by way of Informal Tender.  A pack of technical investigations is available and should be considered when formulating any offer. 

 

Detailed proposals are invited to include the following:

  • Financial offer and proposed contractual arrangements;
  • Planning Strategy;
  • Anticipated Timeline for submission and receipt of planning permission;
  • Conditions of the offer;
  • Schedule of allowances made for abnormal development costs, planning gain and CIL;
  • Proposals and timescales in respect of pre-contract due diligence. 

 

OFFER 2

 

The Whole Site

 

Unconditional offers are invited for the Whole Site.

 

Detailed proposals are invited to include the following:

  • Financial offer and proposed contractual arrangements;
  • Anticipated timeline for exchange and completion;
  • Proposals and timescales in respect of pre-contract due diligence.
