Horsforth train station is located approximately 2.5 km (1.6 miles) to the North East of the site and can be reached on foot in approximately 25 minutes or 16 minutes via the number 30 bus, accessible at the bus stop adjacent the site on the ring road.  Frequent train services to Leeds are available which in turn provides a direct service via the east coast mainline to London Kings Cross Station, with a typical journey time of approximately 2- 2.5 hours.

 

Leeds Bradford International Airport is located 6.4km (4 miles) to the North West of the site and offers internal services, regular flights to key European destinations and more.

 

A good range of national high street retailers, banks and leisure outlets are on offer in and around Horsforth.  In addition, there are a number of independently owned shops, bars and restaurants, all of which are concentrated on either New Road Side or Town Street and both within 1 mile from the subject site.
