The Property is currently occupied by CCB for educational purposes. On completion of the college facility as part of the wider masterplan, programmed to occur in September 2015, CCB will decant to the new facility. It is anticipated that Vacant Possession will be delivered in Spring 2016.

The sale will complete on provision of Vacant Possession of Site B.
