The Site is currently occupied by three brick built educational buildings ranging from 3 to 5 stories in height. The buildings will be vacated on completion of the new college facility and decanting of the current operations, which is anticipated to take place by Spring 2016.

Site A is adjacent to the Gloucester Building on Trafalgar Court to the south, which is in owned and to be retained by CCB. This building will be included in the planning application, and is proposed for conversion to provide a crèche facility.
