The Site is currently occupied by three educational buildings and associated accommodation, occupied by City College Brighton and Hove (CCB).  The buildings are known as the Cheapside Buildling, the Trafalgar Building and the York Building.  The existing buildings will be vacated on completion of a new state of the art college facility in September 2015, with full decant anticipated to occur by Spring 2016.  Following this process the site and buildings will be surplus to requirements.  CCB are looking to secure their exit from the site by achieving a sale of the Property, subject only to their vacation of the premises.
