Best offers are invited for the long leasehold (199 years) interest in the property. Offers should be submitted on an unconditional basis (i.e. subject to contract only).
The Council will consider offers that incorporate top up payments on grant of planning consent. Any such proposal should be made alongside an unconditional day one payment. The Council also encourages offers made with sales revenue overage. Further information is included in the bid form.

Offers are to be received in hard copy format only by no later than 12 noon on Friday 18 October 2013.
Prospective purchasers will be required to provide financial evidence of their ability to complete the purchase. Offers submitted by an agent must be accompanied by a letter from the principal outlining the basis of the offer made.
The vendor does not undertake to accept the highest or any offer submitted.
