The site is occupied by the former Tredegar Boiler House, a single storey part brick property extending to 348 sq m (3,745 sq ft) Net Internal Area, with associated surface parking space. The boiler house has a prominent chimney which extends to a height well in excess of its surroundings. There is a former tanking area to the east of the site which is currently overgrown with vegetation. The site totals 0.14 hectare (0.35 acre) based on our interpretation of boundaries on the ground.
The site enjoys pedestrian and vehicular access from Morville Street.
The site is located within a Controlled Parking Zone (B1) for non-residents and on street parking Restrictions apply between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
