Homes England Submits Outline Planning for Chalgrove Airfield Site

Homes England submitted an outline planning application for the Chalgrove Airfield site on the 19th June 2020 to South Oxfordshire District Council for a residential led mixed used development that fully meets the requirements of the emerging South Oxfordshire District Plan 2034.

Over the past 3 years Homes England has been working with stakeholders to prepare a masterplan for the site which will provide a range of new homes, jobs, services and community facilities on the 254ha airfield site.
