We are inviting offers by way of Informal Tender for our client’s freehold interest. Please note offers are to be submitted no later than 1pm, Friday 11 July 2014. Offers are to be submitted on the Offer Form available in the Data Room and must be submitted in writing to DTZ, Central Square, Forth Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3PJ. All offers must be submitted in writing in an unmarked sealed envelope and headed “Private & Confidential - Backworth Park Tender”.

All offers must include the fully completed Offer Form, an indicative layout, a schedule of proposed accommodation and any further supporting information deemed necessary to assist in analysis of the offer.

Comprehensive information including the results of technical investigations, legal and title information and the sites planning status are available on the Data Room. All offers such reflect this information as far as is reasonably possible.

Offers are invited on one or more of the following bases:

• Offer 1 – An unconditional offer for the whole of Backworth Park
• Offer 2 – An unconditional offer for a specified Lot or Lots within Backworth Park
• Offer 3 – An offer for the whole conditional on receipt of satisfactory and implementable detailed planning permission for residential use
• Offer 4 – An offer for a specified Lot or Lots within Backworth Park and conditional on receipt of satisfactory and implementable detailed planning permission for residential use

Our client’s preference is for unconditional offers. Offers conditional on planning approval will also be considered if they reflect the potential for a significantly enhanced receipt. In the event that you wish to submit a conditional offer, you are requested to clearly state the conditionality by completing all of the details within the offer form.

A plan showing indicative Lots is included within the Data Room and should be taken into consideration where your offer is in relation to part only of Backworth Park.
