We are fortunate to work in a city and county that provides such a diverse range of residential property. This extends from the Victorian and Edwardian elegance epitomised by Central North Oxford, to the many delightful period cottages and impressive country homes that are an important feature of the surrounding countryside.
Oxford is of course world-renowned for its University - with many of the colleges housed in historic buildings dating back over the centuries - helping to make it a major tourist attraction in addition to a centre for academic excellence. In addition, Oxford Brookes University is also located just outside the city centre at Headington.
Being strategically placed in Central Southern England, the city has good access to most areas of the country, with the M40 passing just to the north and the A34 providing a direct dual carriageway link to the M4 and the south. This has resulted in the city being chosen as a location for a number of important industries and businesses.
Apart from its two Universities, Oxford is also the location for a large number of schools and colleges from both the independent and state sectors and we are pleased to provide further information and assistance in this regard, if required. The city is also known as being a centre of medical excellence, having a large number of hospitals mainly concentrated to the east of the city centre.
