Outline Planning Permission (13/01095/OUT) was granted by Malvern Hills District Council on 2 April 2015 with all matters reserved except for access (off Charlock Road) for the development of up to 63 dwellings (including 40% affordable housing), public open space and associated works to accommodate surface water drainage, internal access and other ancillary works. A Section 106 Agreement has been negotiated and executed, and is available via the data room.
