Outline planning permission with all matters reserved for the development of up to 90 dwellings incorporating open space, access and landscaping was approved by North East Derbyshire District Council on 18th August 2014 (app ref: 14/00562/OL).
An Agreement and Planning Obligation under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 was executed on 18th August 2014 – interested parties are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the Agreement as a part of the due diligence process.
