The Building, excluding the Council Chamber, is let to McDonald’s Restaurants of Ireland Limited, on an effectively full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 35 years from the 8th January 1997, at a current rent of €95,285 per annum, subject to 5 yearly reviews to open market value.

TITLE

The building is held on a lease from Bray UDC for a term of 150 years from 1st July 1991 at a rent of €254 per annum.
