Bray Town Hall was originally built in 1881-1884 and was substantially refurbished in 1992 to provide a restaurant and Council Chamber for Bray UDC. The building is of a timber framed and brick construction with tiled roof, and is consider one of the finest buildings in Bray.
Bray Town Hall was listed as Building of the Month for December 2008 on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage website of the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
