The Victoria Buildings, No. 1-2 Haddington Road, comprises two interconnected buildings on the prominent corner of Baggot Street Lower and Haddington Road. The original period building has an attractive red brick façade with the modern element providing a well-designed contrast between old and new.

Milano’s Restaurant occupies the ground floor of the period element and part of the modern element, as well as basement space in both elements. With excellent profile on Baggot Street Bridge and Haddington Road, the use capitalises on the passing trade and high footfall of those travelling between Dublin 2 & 4. The restaurant also benefits from a large outdoor decked area overlooking the Grand Canal.

The upper floors of the period element are currently laid out in office suites.
