The Apartments

The apartments are located in four blocks, with 11 of the units grouped together in the Lighthouse/Spinnaker and Anchorage buildings and 14 located in the Walk, the Green and the Close.

The Lighthouse, Anchorage and Spinnaker are located to the front of the Robswall development. The apartments are laid out over three floors with a combination of surface and basement car parking. Each block has a lift serving all floors.

The apartments in these blocks comprise nine 3 bed penthouse units, one 2 bed unit on first floor level and one 1 bed unit. The 3 bed units range from 1,100 – 1,312 sq.ft.

The remaining units are predominantly made up of 11 two bed own door units located in two storey blocks. These come with dedicated surface car parking.

As outlined below, the apartments are finished to a high standard, with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. The main bedroom in both the two and three bed units is en-suite.
