The lands extend to approximately 14.9 acres (6.03 hectares) and are currently laid out in grass and are generally gently sloping. There are a number of access points to the lands with the access for development being located at Creamery Road. Planning approval for 99 dwellings was granted under L/2005/0553/F on 23 May 2007.
