The Shard

The Shard, developed by Sellar Property Group, is the tallest occupiable skyscraper in Western Europe at 310 metres high.

The Renzo Piano designed building comprises approximately 1.3 million sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, retail accommodation, a 200-bedroom Shangri-La hotel, residential apartments, a viewing gallery and open-air observation deck arranged over 72 floors.

The News Building, London Bridge Quarter (formerly The Place)

 

Forming part of the London Bridge Quarter, the News Building was completed in 2013 and comprises approximately 430,000 sq ft of office and ancillary accommodation arranged over 17 storeys.

News Corps signed a 30 lease for the entire building in 2014 as their new UK headquarters.

Fielden House,  London Bridge Street

 

This Renzo Piano designed 26-storey residential tower is located 40 metres to the east of Collegiate House and was granted planning permission in 2014. The scheme is being developed by Sellar Property Group / State of Qatar and will comprise 148 residential apartments and 19,375 sq ft of retail accommodation.

One Blackfriars

St George has received planning permission to develop 274 residential units, a 121,000 sq ft hotel and ancillary retail accommodation designed by Ian Simpson Architects.

The scheme will be delivered in three buildings, including a 50-storey tower, and is due to be completed by 2018.

    

 

Bankside Quarter

The development by Native Land & Capita Land will create 940,000 sqft of residential accommodation, 450,000 sqft of offices, 35,000 sqft of public open spaces, 25,000 sqft of shops and 18,500 sqft of space for cultural use.

The project will be delivered in phases following the lease expiries of the current tenants at the existing buildings in Q2 2018. Completion is scheduled for between mid-2020 and early 2023.
