Five individual sites offered for sale, located within the grounds of Barnsley College having an approximate total site area of 5.46 hectares (13.5 acres).

The five sites are offered for sale either as a whole or individually.

The breakdown of these sites is as follows:

Plot 1 (Belle Vue Site)- Land and former College building (Belle Vue House).

Plot 2 (Belle Vue Site) - Land adjacent to Belle Vue House.

Plot 3 (Carrington Avenue) - Site comprising former College playing fields.

Plot 4 (Honeywell Lane Site) - Former College tennis courts site.

Plot 5 (Old School Site) - Cleared site formerly comprising College buildings.
